Was in having a look round the sale items. Some good bargains to be had. Whilst there we went in for a festive sandwich. Turkey, pigs in blanket, cranberry and gravey. The sandwich was OK, nothing great but the service was very slow. They seemed to be unsure of what to do at the hot food station.

Very happy with my Christmas tree from dobbies bought in early December. Great customer service from Andrew who set up a card for me giving 20% off the tree and 2 free drinks a month throughout the year. Will definitely come more frequently.

Lovely spread out tables in the extension where you can take your dog. Big slow queue to be served. Not enough staff on. Cappuccino was average but cakes were wonderfully fresh. Expensive

When buying hot food you have to stand in a long queue for ages waiting for teas & coffees, and as a result the food is cold by the time you have waited, gone to the pay desk & then find a seat/table. Everyone complains about this...there must be a better way of setting up the hot food service. I wanted macaroni & cheese which comes with garlic bread & salad (strange combo.) I asked if I could substitute these items for a few chips instead...the answer...we can leave the garlic bread & salad off, but you'll have to pay extra for the chips...unbelievable!

We pop by to have lunch a few times a month. We used to then browse the shop an invariably spent £20 to £30 or more on plants etc. The music is now so loud and dissonant that the shopping experience has been ruined and we no longer potter around, we just leave after the meal. The new staff could also perhaps get better training in food presentation rather than sprinkle the vegetables over the chips.

Place let down by shortage of staff in restuarant. My toastie was tasty but cold by the time I actually got to pay for it. More potholes in carpark than on the A96. You can do better.

Very cold self-service restaurant. The cutlery and teacups were grubby, and there was only one young lad serving at a very busy till. There was also a dog barking continuously in the dog friendly area. Altogether an unpleasant experience.

Says 20% of with Dobbies card but you have to pay £15 a year for the card to be valid. Most things are over priced. Shop was a bit messy and we waited 10 mins at customer service for an employee to even appear. 3* because the breakfasts are good.
